Description
The Valuation Department in Bristol is seeking an experienced Chartered Surveyor/Associate to provide professional property valuations, conduct inspections and due diligence, gather comparable evidence, prepare RICS-compliant reports, support landlord and tenant matters, develop client relationships, conduct market research, and guide junior staff. The role requires registered valuer status, RICS or equivalent chartered status, residential and/or commercial valuation experience, a valid driving licence, and willingness to travel.
