Les Sablons is hiring a Back Office Veterinary Assistant Manager on a full-time permanent contract to supervise approximately 20 veterinary assistants, mainly junior staff, while also performing hands-on back-office and clinical work. The role manages team activities, training, schedules, clinic standards, hospitalization and surgery operations, patient-journey coordination, and collaboration with front office and veterinarians. The position requires an experienced veterinary assistant with team-management experience, offers approximately €2,500 gross per month, and includes premium health insurance, meal vouchers, and possible on-site accommodation.
