Description
Ford is hiring a Software and Calibration Engineer to manage software and calibration delivery, coordinate supplier and in-house teams, support driver-assist and vehicle-network features, investigate diagnostic issues, develop diagnostics specifications, and lead software technical design reviews. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or computer science, extensive experience with chassis or powertrain controls, FMEA and quality processes, supplier management, vehicle networks, embedded systems, data acquisition, and controls modeling, and offers a hybrid work arrangement with onsite work four or more days per week.
