Description
Ford is hiring a Software Delivery Manager to manage software and calibration delivery, coordinate builds and OTA updates, support driver-assist and vehicle-network features, manage supplier and in-house software teams, and lead technical design reviews. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or computer science, plus extensive experience in chassis or powertrain controls, FMEA and quality processes, supplier management, embedded systems, vehicle networks, data acquisition, and controls modeling. The position is hybrid, requires onsite work four or more days per week, and offers a base salary of $115,000–$192,900; visa sponsorship is not available.
