Fiverr is hiring a Chatbot Project Lead on its Customer Care and Trust & Safety team to own the chatbot roadmap, sprint delivery, stakeholder communication, team mentoring, performance analysis, KPI monitoring, and continuous optimization of AI-powered customer solutions. The role requires chatbot strategy and roadmap management, stakeholder management, leadership and mentoring, data analysis, KPI monitoring, customer-facing AI chatbot prompting, fluent English, and preferably familiarity with Forethought.
