Credit Human is hiring an onsite Chattel Loan Processor in San Antonio, Texas, to process approved manufactured-home loans through closing and funding. The role prepares and reviews closing documents, audits loan files, coordinates fund disbursements and escrow, manages the loan pipeline, and supports borrowers and retail partners. It requires customer service experience, typing and Microsoft Office skills, analytical and communication abilities, credit union compliance knowledge, a high school diploma or equivalent, and NMLS registration. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with an expected hourly pay range of $23.77 to $25.73 and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
