Description
Upstate Niagara Cooperative is hiring a Cheese Processing Supervisor to oversee daily cheese-room production, quality, safety, sanitation, equipment maintenance, employee development, scheduling, and continuous improvement. The role begins on day shift but requires flexibility for second or third shifts, weekends, holidays, training, and special projects. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of dairy manufacturing experience, leadership ability, analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel. The position is salaried at $72,000–$90,000 per year and may include group health and/or dental insurance.
