The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing diverse, nutritious meals using locally sourced, organic, and regeneratively farmed ingredients. This role involves cooking various cuisines, including Asian and BBQ styles, and catering to frequent visitors such as business leaders and their families. The Chef will also contribute to preserving and processing game and fish, aligning with AlgaeCal's commitment to healthy food choices.
