Aveo is hiring a permanent part-time Chef for Springfield Vista Retirement Living in the Greater Springfield area. The role prepares fresh, high-quality à la carte or menu-based meals for lunch and dinner, supports kitchen operations, maintains food safety and cleanliness, contributes to menu and function improvements, and builds relationships with residents. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. Applicants need restaurant, hotel, healthcare, or quality hospitality chef experience, a Certificate in Commercial Cookery, and strong communication skills; Food Safety certification is desirable. The position pays $35.02 per hour plus superannuation and relevant award entitlements.
