Description
Compass Group is hiring a casual Chef for HMAS Watson in Sydney to prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and function meals; maintain food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards; support stock control, deliveries, menu execution, and catering; and work collaboratively in a Defence kitchen. The role requires a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, commercial kitchen or catering experience, HACCP and allergen knowledge, and the ability to obtain a National Police Check and Defence clearance.
