Candidates need at least two years of experience as a Chef de Partie or higher, preferably in corporate dining, fine dining, or five-star hotels, along with strong knife skills, plated-service experience, and attention to detail. The advertised pay is $33.33 plus 25% casual loading, inclusive of $41.66 per hour.
