Dexterra Group is hiring a full-time Chef for its Ontario Tech University account, with employment starting in July. The role provides hands-on culinary leadership, prepares and presents rotational menus, supervises kitchen staff, trains and mentors employees, and ensures food safety, quality, and efficient use of labour and chemical resources. Candidates must have at least five years of hospitality or food-service experience, five years of chef experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or remote lodges, knowledge of menu costing and recipe cards, Red Seal certification, and computer proficiency.
