The role involves meeting food specifications and customer expectations, maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards including allergen controls, communicating with the kitchen team to deliver meals on time, and keeping current with products, menus, and promotions. Candidates should be able to work under pressure, collaborate effectively, have a passion for quality food presentation, be willing to learn and support different kitchen areas, and have sufficient spoken and written English for safe working.
