Highgate Senior Living is hiring a Chef in Temecula, California, to lead the culinary program for its senior-living community. The role involves planning and producing resident-centered meals, developing nutritionally appropriate menus, leading and scheduling kitchen staff, managing purchasing and inventory, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, and collaborating with care teams on special diets and events.
