The role prepares hot and cold food, plates meals, sets up service lines, coordinates production across multiple dining venues, maintains food safety and sanitation standards, and supports kitchen operations and delivery. The posting prefers prior line-cooking, restaurant, hotel, or senior-living experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong organization and food-safety knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced kitchen.
