Description
Coral Expeditions is hiring a Chef to manage the galley, prepare quality meals for guests and crew, control food costs and portions, maintain food safety and consistency, and run the kitchen or galley. The role requires at least three years of commercial kitchen experience, a Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management diploma, First Aid and CPR, and a passport. Voyage rosters are up to six weeks for domestic voyages and up to eight weeks for international voyages, with accommodation, meals, career development, and other benefits provided.
