Chef at Pacific Catch

The role includes managing kitchen quality, food prep and recipes, equipment, inventory, labor scheduling, team training, onboarding, food waste, and P&L performance. Candidates should have five years of back-of-house leadership and management experience, strong knife and coaching skills, computer proficiency, and a culinary arts or restaurant management degree is preferred. The position pays $26.00 to $39.00 per hour and includes scheduled overtime.
