Le Sainte-Barbe Hôtel & Spa MGallery is recruiting a Chef de Partie to work in its kitchen brigade under the Executive Chef. The role involves mise en place, preparing and plating dishes, maintaining service quality, supporting commis chefs and demi-chefs de partie, and ensuring hygiene and product management.
