The Hotel Trofana Alpin is hiring a full-time seasonal Chef de Partie to independently lead a kitchen station from approximately 15 November 2026 to 2 May 2027. The role involves preparing, cooking, and plating dishes, managing mise en place, supporting kitchen management, and maintaining hygiene, safety, and quality standards. Applicants need completed vocational training, comparable professional experience, strong organizational and team skills, and German language proficiency.
