Radisson Hotel Group is hiring an Extra Chef for the Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel & Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre. The role supports kitchen operations across the hotel’s restaurants, banqueting, and events; prepares high-quality dishes; controls food costs, stock, and waste; maintains food safety and hygiene standards; and contributes to guest satisfaction and departmental goals. The position requires professional kitchen experience in banquet and à la carte settings, teamwork, flexibility for evenings, weekends, and special events, and a commitment to quality and continuous learning.
