Pension Full Note is hiring a Chef/Head Chef for a full-time seasonal role from early November 2026 to mid-to-late March 2027. The position leads kitchen operations, manages a small team, delivers menus, and provides customer-focused service in a Japanese-style bed and breakfast and ski-lodge setting. Applicants need prior cooking and kitchen-supervision experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to obtain a Japanese working holiday visa or a skilled migrant visa.
