Description
The Chef-in-Training prepares, mixes, and cooks vegetables, proteins, grains, and other ingredients using recipes and taste testing; rotates through kitchen stations such as garde manger, grill, roast, market line, guest concierge, and delivery/packout; supports guests with menu information and seasonal ingredients; and contributes to peak and off-peak service. The role requires a passion for food, strong work ethic, teamwork, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. It offers $16–$18 per hour plus tips, paid time off, 401K programming, parental leave, flexible full- or part-time scheduling, and other benefits.
