Description
Park Avenue Coffee is hiring a hands-on Kitchen Lead to own the daily operation and organization of its café kitchen and lunch program. The role includes food preparation, recipe execution, inventory and par-level management, food safety and sanitation, waste control, equipment maintenance, kitchen cleaning, and training and support of team members. The Kitchen Lead will also help develop food-program systems, seasonal menu items, and operational improvements. The position requires morning and daytime shift availability, with some weekend or holiday availability depending on café operations.
