Flik Hospitality is hiring a Chef Manager to operate the Culinary Department for the Turkish Airlines Lounge at IAD Airport. The role assists the Executive Chef with cost control, menu planning, catering events, culinary programs, ordering, and the supervision of hourly associates. Candidates should have progressive culinary or kitchen management experience, catering experience, foodservice knowledge, computer skills, and willingness to participate in client satisfaction programs; ServSafe certification is highly desirable.
