Description
Quest is hiring a full-time Chef Manager to lead the culinary and food-service operations of a new Business & Industry dining account at 3050 Highland Parkway. The role is hands-on in the kitchen, responsible for menu development, purchasing and inventory, catering and special events, food costs, financial performance, team leadership, client relations, food safety, and operational compliance. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from approximately 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with occasional evening or weekend availability, and is intended to begin before the anticipated December 1 opening.
