BaxterStorey is hiring a Chef Manager in Lutterworth, Leicester to oversee breakfast, lunch, vending, and hospitality services across two client locations. The role manages a team of 4–5 employees, handles menu planning and execution, food preparation, inventory, cost control, customer relations, health and safety compliance, budgets, and regulatory documentation. It requires proven contract-catering Chef Manager experience, culinary creativity, leadership, communication, food-cost management, and food-safety knowledge. The position pays up to £40,000 per annum and runs Monday to Friday.
