BaxterStorey is hiring a full-time Chef Manager in Mahon Point, County Cork, Ireland, for a 40-hour week from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday to Friday, at €43,000 per annum. The role oversees menu planning and execution, food preparation, presentation, wastage, portion control, staff recruitment and supervision, inventory and cost control, customer relations, food safety and health compliance, kitchen budgets, menu innovation, and regulatory documentation. Candidates should have proven Chef Manager experience, ideally recent corporate contract catering experience, strong culinary and leadership skills, food cost and food safety knowledge, computer proficiency, and current residence in Ireland.
