BaxterStorey is hiring a full-time Chef Manager in Burton Latimer to support kitchen operations, lead kitchen teams, maintain food quality and hygiene, manage stock and budgets, train staff, and collaborate with front-of-house teams. The role requires experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or in a similar leadership position, flexibility to travel, strong communication and people-management skills, current food hygiene and health and safety certifications, and a full UK driving licence with an own vehicle. The position pays from £36,000 per year and includes evening and weekend work.
