Compass Group is hiring a casual Chef to support RAAF Glenbrook and Defence Establishment Orchard Hills. The role involves preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner, and function meals; maintaining food safety, hygiene, HACCP, allergen, and portion-control standards; supporting stock control, deliveries, and food storage; and working across the two Defence sites as required.
