Description
The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, training and directing the store team, managing procedures and processes, protecting assets, participating in hiring and performance evaluations, assigning tasks, scheduling service and leave, controlling attendance and overtime, and reporting to the store manager. The position requires a complete high school education or higher education in progress, Office software knowledge, and prior experience as a leader.
