Description
Red Metals is hiring a Chemical & Process Engineer in Charleston, South Carolina to design, build, commission, and operate its first copper processing and refining systems. The role leads process areas or systems, develops flowsheets, mass and energy balances, equipment sizing, unit operations, operating procedures, control strategies, and performance KPIs, and owns metallurgical performance, yield, quality, and throughput. The engineer will work with mechanical and controls engineers, vendors, contractors, and industrial plant-floor teams, with an opportunity for team leadership as the company scales.
