Description

E-Space is seeking a skilled Chemical Bath Deposition (CBD) Process Engineer to develop, operate, and optimize wet-chemical thin-film deposition processes within a roll-to-roll (R2R) manufacturing environment. This hands-on role requires strong expertise in chemistry, solution preparation, process control, wet deposition kinetics, and high-volume manufacturing techniques. The ideal candidate has experience with thin-film coating processes, chemical reaction control, and continuous-flow or R2R wet-processing equipment.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Advanced degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Engineering Technology, or related technical field.
Required Previous Experiences: 5 years of hands-on experience in chemical deposition processes for thin films (CBD, wet coating, electrochemical, plating, sol-gel, or similar).
Preferred Qualifications: Experience scaling chemical processes from lab to pilot to production.
Knowledge of industrial chemical delivery systems, metering pumps, filtration, or recirculation systems.
Familiarity with thin-film metrology (thickness, uniformity, optical properties).
Background in continuous wet-coating or immersion-based deposition systems.
Experience in high-volume thin-film or flexible-electronics manufacturing environments.
