The role combines hands-on laboratory work with analytical method development, root-cause investigation, instrument operation and calibration, data analysis, and continuous improvement of characterization techniques. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or a related field and at least five years of industrial experience in analytical chemistry, materials characterization, or a related laboratory environment. The position offers a hybrid or flexible work environment and an annual base salary of $125,000 to $155,000, with an estimated total compensation range of $175,000 to $225,000.
