The role may lead to either a Process Engineer or Process Controls Engineer position, depending on mill needs. Responsibilities include mill safety, process optimization, troubleshooting, data analysis, continuous improvement, capital projects, and control-system support. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in chemical, paper engineering, or a related field, 0–4 years of relevant experience, U.S. work authorization, a valid driver’s license, and experience with specified software.
