Description
The Operator monitors and adjusts manufacturing processes, supports plant operations, maintains logs and safety procedures, takes samples, performs transfers, and trains new personnel. The role requires a high school degree, at least two years of manufacturing experience, strong computer aptitude, the ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Fork truck experience, DeltaV or other DCS experience, and relevant technical or trade education are preferred or advantageous.
