Description
The role produces and packages finished silica gel products according to customer specifications, operating and adjusting manufacturing processes, performing in-process and finished-product laboratory testing, documenting results and parameters, and completing packaging, palletizing, warehousing, and truck-loading and unloading tasks. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic mathematical ability, Microsoft Office proficiency, laboratory testing and safety experience, and two years of manufacturing or warehousing experience. It is based in a 24/7/365 manufacturing plant, requires 12-hour rotating shifts and overtime, and involves working in a non-temperature-controlled environment and lifting 50 pounds.
