Description
Entegris is hiring a Senior Industrial Engineer for its Yonezawa Plant to lead and support continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. The role covers process improvement, cost-saving initiatives, production-data analysis, factory-layout and workflow optimization, work-procedure standardization, operator training, new-equipment process design, SQCD KPI monitoring, cross-functional strategic projects, and capacity planning. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering or related field, at least three years of industrial-engineering experience in manufacturing, hands-on Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen experience, proficiency in industrial-engineering tools, and business-level Japanese and English proficiency.
