Xerox is hiring a Chemical Process Operator for its manufacturing team in Longmont, Colorado. The role produces toner and photoconductor drums from raw materials to finished goods using highly automated equipment, maintains production records, performs safety inspections and routine maintenance, supports inventory accuracy, and operates forklifts as needed. The position is full-time, entry-level, and requires a high school diploma or GED, manufacturing safety knowledge, physical ability to work throughout the shift, and weekend flexibility. Compensation is $19.00–$28.00 per hour plus applicable shift differential, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
