Description
Chromalloy Carson City is hiring a Chemical Process Operator for its Blade Manufacturing team to support the production and repair of critical aerospace components. The role involves operating equipment, preparing and mixing materials, modifying and processing parts, inspecting work, following quality and process controls, maintaining a safe work area, and supporting Lean manufacturing. The position is primarily Monday-Friday with a 10:00 PM–6:30 AM shift, schedule flexibility, and a $2–$4/hour shift differential plus a $500 sign-on bonus. A high school diploma or GED and relevant manufacturing, chemical processing, metalworking, or production experience are preferred.
