Description
Chromalloy is hiring a Chemical Process Operator to perform thermal spray coating processes for the manufacture and repair of gas turbine engine components. The role involves applying coatings, preparing parts, inspecting work, documenting quality, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting production while maintaining safety and quality standards. The position is on the third shift from 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday, with a $2.50 per hour shift differential. A high school diploma or GED, English communication skills, shop math ability, and the ability to follow technical documentation are required; manufacturing, precision measuring, robotic systems, and aerospace coating experience are preferred. The role requires physical work in a manufacturing environment, PPE use, and adherence to U.S. work-authorization requirements.
