The chemical company in Houthalen is hiring a full-time operator to work in two or three shifts or nights. The role involves weighing raw materials and colorants, filling kettles, setting parameters and starting installations, conducting and adjusting tests during or after reactions, thermally treating pigment, and assessing product status. Candidates should have chemical-sector and operator experience, preferably a chemistry or technical qualification, strong work ethics, independent quality-focused working ability, Dutch language skills, and forklift experience; a forklift certificate is advantageous.
