Description
Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Chemical Process Safety Engineer to support operations at its Toledo, Oregon containerboard mill. The role leads and participates in process hazard analyses, risk assessments, management of change, pre-startup safety reviews, equipment and safeguard reviews, incident analysis, and process safety program development. It requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, science, safety, or a related technical field, at least five years of relevant manufacturing or industrial experience, and familiarity with OSHA 1910.119 and 40 CFR 68. The position offers growth in scope and responsibility and includes an on-call rotation.
