TAT Technologies is hiring a second-shift Chemical Processing Technician at its Greensboro aerospace MRO site. The technician will set up, operate, monitor, maintain, and service electroplating and related blasting and oven equipment used to clean and coat aircraft metal components with chromium, cadmium, and other metals. Duties include loading and unloading parts, running timed cleaning/plating/pickling/rinsing cycles, setting tank temperatures, inspecting plating quality, completing work orders and ERP data, following aviation and quality documentation, mentoring personnel, and reporting safety or quality concerns. A high school diploma or GED is required; technical mechanic or machinist coursework and Microsoft Office/Quantum experience are preferred.
