TAPI is hiring an Organic Chemist to support process development for complex and small-molecule active pharmaceutical ingredients. The role involves literature searches, patent and technical-paper review, synthesis technology development, impurity identification, experimental planning, scale-up, carry-over studies, safety and compliance reporting, and collaboration with analytical, process, and laboratory teams. Candidates should have strong organic chemistry and spectroscopy knowledge, practical experimental and scale-up experience, and either an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry with 2–3 years of relevant industrial experience or a Ph.D. in Chemistry with 1–2 years of process-development and scale-up experience.
