Description
The role performs chemical and physical laboratory analyses, including sample treatment, reagent and standard preparation, equipment and chemical-reagent handling, verification calculations, data recording, and compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. It requires a Chemical Engineering or Chemistry degree, at least three years of general experience and two years in mineral laboratories, knowledge of good laboratory practices and mineral analysis, and experience with Atomic Absorption.
