Description
ChampionX is hiring a Senior Chemist in Cresson, Texas to lead and execute routine and non-routine analytical testing, interpret complex data, troubleshoot methods, and support oilfield production chemistry programs. The role manages a high-volume workload of up to 1,000 samples per month, operates and optimizes analytical instrumentation, mentors junior chemists, collaborates with customers and technical teams, and contributes to laboratory safety, quality, and process improvement. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in chemistry or a related field, at least one year of U.S. land oilfield production chemistry experience, and experience with analytical instrumentation, LIMS, and laboratory operations.
