HydRegen is hiring a Chemist (Chemistry R&D) I in Oxford to develop, optimise, and scale catalytic hydrogenation processes for sustainable chemical manufacturing. The role involves hands-on laboratory work with pressure reactors and autoclaves, reaction optimisation, downstream purification, analytical testing, data reporting, safety compliance, and collaboration with internal and external teams. Candidates need a relevant scientific degree and prior industrial laboratory experience in catalytic hydrogenation, process chemistry, organic synthesis, or reaction development, along with experience with pressurised reactors and analytical techniques such as HPLC, NMR, and UV spectroscopy.
