Description
The Chemist performs analytical testing of samples, evaluates and records results, verifies and maintains laboratory instruments, transfers data to LIMS, and ensures compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures. The role requires a BSc or N Diploma in Chemistry, at least two years of laboratory experience with a Diploma or five years of laboratory experience, and computer literacy with LIMS, Word, and Excel. The Chemist also supports laboratory operations, staff training, shift coordination, and the resolution of anomalous results or technical non-conformances.
