Description
The role independently manages product maintenance projects, conducts production trials, transfers new products and technologies into production, supervises pilot runs, and leads IATF 16949 audits for the R&D team. Responsibilities include defining QA requirements, using DOE and DFMEA, obtaining customer material approvals, writing technical reports, and interpreting customer specifications. The position requires a general-science college degree, at least two years of experience in thermoplastics or thermosets in the automotive OEM market, and experience with DOE, DFMEA, and other quality programs.
