Description
The Product Development Chemist will independently develop new concrete admixture products, create DOE and design-of-experiment plans, perform material testing and customer approvals, support production-scale transfer and manufacturing quality, and provide technical support to plants and customers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field plus five years of related experience, or a master’s degree plus three years, along with experience in product creation, concrete chemistry, testing, analytical instrumentation, SAP, and related processes.
